Their only obligation is to be fair and warn you that what they are selling might not be the truth (much like the agreement you have to accept here on GLP before you enter)
The same goes with big pharma - they are not obligated to cure you or to improve your health; they only obligated to warn you that what they sell is not risk free.
So in the end, it's your fault for accepting google's results.
