Allergy meds aren't helping with a dang Quoting: WhiteAngel Get some organic lemons, fresh ginger and turmeric roots, honey, and make a tea out of it. Use a cheese grater for the ginger and turmeric roots. Breathe that shit in as if there's no tomorrow at least a few times a day. You will clear up. I have all but fresh ginger. Have ginger for cooking and in capsule form (great for vomiting kids). I have turmeric powder. Just haven't blended them all together. Turmeric and mullein I have been drinking every morning. Wow, you've really thrown some of the best at this already! I feel your frustration. I assume you sleep with a humidifier at night, preferably a warm-mist? No humidifier. That seems to make it worse. Humidity in any form. Isaiah 5:20 KJV Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76235257 I also assume you avoid heavily processed foods, hydrogenated oils, corn syrups, preservatives, salty foods, etc? I try on the processed food but haven't paid the attention it looks like I might have to be. Food has never been an issue before but then I have never been out of control like this either. This has been horrible. This year was suppose to be about losing weight - not BREATHING!! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76191144 This works for me! How do you do that when you are coughing and wheezing and can't get a deep breath? Serious question - I almost panic when it happens meditate for up to 2 hours...body posture doesn't matter It seems like WhiteAngel has more of a sinus infection type deal going on. If it was just pure asthma and anxiety, I'd say the meditation would help. Then again, who am I to say for certain. That is the weird thing, my sinus seem to be clear and no nasty green stuff at all. During the day, no mucus. In the morning I am gagging on the stuff and coughing up tons of it. Makes for some weird nightmares, let me tell ya, lol Isaiah 5:20 KJV Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Quoting: WhiteAngel Have been doing mullein tea which helps but I am staying very tight with the breathing unless I am doing nebs every 2 hours or so. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Keep getting sick over and over which is only triggering the asthma more. When an attack gets really bad try to make your room as humid as possible, by boiling a kettle. That will help to relax your airways. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76235257 How do your lungs feel? Do they hurt at all? Any new pets in the house? Something must have changed recently in your environment. I just can't see how to account for the mucus in any other way. My asthma was just that, asthma but with no mucus. To me, it honestly sounds like you are having a reaction to something, or have mold somewhere in your house perhaps.
