Here is the list of the US Presidents who used the Great American Seal of the United States of America, as a floor mural to walk on in the oval office during their presidency. 1. Richard Nixon 2. Ronald Reagan 3. George H.W.Bush 4. Bill Clinton 5. George W. Bush Jr. 6. Barack Obama [link to www.whitehousemuseum.org] Did these Presidents know what it meant to tread/walk on the "Great Seal of the United States"????????? Let's look to see what happened when the image of a US President was used as a floor mural!  President Bush Sr's was used as floor mural in Baghdad. President Bush Jr, his son had it removed. [link to www.foxnews.com] Image here: [link to iraqpictures.org] Taking shoes to face is not exactly a compliment in any culture!!!! So why did these, our own presidents use the Great Seal of the United Sates of America as a FLOOR MURAL, to tread on during their presidency in the oval office? Do YOU see a problem with this??? I'm just asking!!!! Why has the American flag, National Anthem and the Great American Seal or anything America been thrown under foot????  Is President Trump under fire because he wants to make America great again and take the "foot off" of the American symbols and American people? Just wonderingUMMMM: the seal is woven into the carpet of the Oval Office and has been since Kennedy's tenure. In fact, the use of the seal on a carpet goes all the way back to 1790 when it's earliest version was used in the new U.S. Senate chambers! And, if you bothered to check, you'd discover that the seals of many other federal agencies are also embedded into the floors of their bulding entrances, including the FBI, CIA, IRS, DOJ and Department of Labor. It's far more interesting to note that -during times of declared war- the olive branches and arrows clutched in the claws of the Eagle on the seal are REVERSED with the arrows placed in the right claw instead of the left to indicate a position of national warfare.... something that hasn't happened since WWII - which was our last DECLARED war. Everything since were only considered conflicts or police-actions since Congress made no formal declarations to the contrary. Thus endeth your history lesson for today. What Im looking at is in the Oval Office carpets. The office is oval shaped and looks like an eye with the circle pupil being the symbol..
