my sons high school is on lockdown for shooting threat. im out of my mind!

Public schools suck now-a-daze. Have two friends that have turned to home-schooling their son(s). And know others talking about doing the same.

Public school is all mind-control and anti-US NWO-indoctrination.

Ding ding ding.

My wife passed away when my daughter was 11. School drama was already pretty hard on her, lots of racial tension, lots and lots of bullying and now, things were going to be even harder for her. Then came the day a punk showed up for school with a loaded 9MM in his backpack.

I knew I had some tough choices to make. I wasn't in a position I could stop working or even cut back, so I started putting together a plan. Fortunately, my work was very cooperative.

I found an excellent online high school program that worked out perfectly, which she did during the day. At first, she either stayed with a neighbor, the neighbor stayed with her, or she came to work with me (where they allowed her to use an office to do her classes). We did our homeschool stuff after I got home. She ended up not really getting a summer break since we could only end up putting in about 6 hours of work per day, but somehow, she managed to stick with it and graduated with excellent grades.

Today, at 19, she volunteers at a "equine therapy riding" academy where she helps special needs children and adults learn new skills by teaching them to ride horses. She wants to go back to school this year so she can continue working in this field.

Honestly, I think our school systems are pretty creepy places any more, even without the threats of mass shootings. It's insane what you read where teachers were "caught" handing out some weird ass assignment, let alone some of the rhetoric liberal teaches are spouting.

If at all possible, I highly suggest alternatives to all parents. If I, a Harley riding, gun loving, "troublesome past", suddenly single Dad can pull it off, anyone can.

Every day we have schools locked down across the country. Your kid is literally locked up. He can't get out to you, you can't get in to him.

This is a symptom of terminal mental illness on a massive scale.

When I was a kid in middle school, we had twice-monthly bomb-threats from kids playing hooky, staying home, and apparently very bored from watching cartoons. So they'd call the school and issue these threats for a joke. Every time I would tell my classmates "here we go again, wonder who called in this time.." And then, as e were leaving our classrooms, we'd rattle off names of the kids who weren't there that day, or went home early.

It was comical. Poor Fire Department..

Nice work dad, you did well. I donated a few horses to a therapeutic riding school nearby years ago. They do wonders there for kids. The horses got a good home too so it was a win win.

apparently one poster did on page 3 i think and was told no lock down goin on. it didn't fit very well with the "seriousness" of the thread so was just ignored.

I had a gut feeling these mass-threats would happen this week, when I heard the news yesterday of other threats.

Some are mere copycat, some are likely being pushed from some organized group/entity as a larger-scale operation.

It's all a huge fear-porn psyop to take the guns.

I wonder if Trump knows who's behind it?

Any word on it from that Q guy/entity?

a lot of schools out there if they were out for bad weather use today as a make-up day...

Some students are in school for makeup days. The county I work in is in school today and the local high school had a threat this morning.

This. I told my son the same thing last year. He also knows to leave his backpack behind and come out with absolutely nothing but his hands up in the air. I'd be beyond furious if any officer mistakenly shoots my child like they did last week in Amarillo Texas with that innocent guy who stopped a mass shooting in a church only to be shot later by several police officers.

so it looks like schools go on lock down ALL THE TIME< ALL DAY LONG< EVERY DAY, ALL THROUGH OUT THE COUNTRY>>they lockdown for 10 mins or for hours...so I don't know what to say..its a crazy world!

See...this is what I thought was SOP...lockdowns.
Yet, we are told that the school in Florida was evacuated,
while an active shooter was present on campus...

The swamp is being drained, and their answer is to shoot kids at school. Pretty weak if you ask me.

Virtual schools, kids stay home, have classes via internet.

I have much less a problem with the animals on flights, than I do with a lot of the disgusting, unwashed, stinking, rude humans.

Maybe they should be arrested for making terrorist threats, then get several days off from school, while they are in jail, awaiting their court date?
