Africa will not be so easy a prize for China to take by force or other means. The African tribes taught the British redcoats a lesson. The Anglo-Zulu Wars of the 1870's proved this.

China has an expansion plan that means the complete take over of all of Southeast Asia, the Disputed Islands (South China Sea), take Indian held territory while utilizing the Pakistanis as proxies to keep India facing them and not China, and the colonization of East Africa for the rare earth minerals and other needs the Chinese Politburo want from that continent. It stands to reason that a war with China is inevitable and in the works.

I get what you're saying, but China's not thinking too bright. Plus, their own birth control methods will cost them dearly as a civilization. That alone will push China into a war by default. The propagation of the race will ultimately be their overall imperative.
