if u do the exercises, then Father will teach you about those two things in a way that is perfect for you.

If you desire to clean up some things in your life, He will show you what HE wants to correct FIRST. It is not always what we think.

For example, as you ask Him to look through your eyes, He can teach you the proper way to enjoy the beauty in women without falling into LUST. The point is, u get to know Him and your relationship with Him grows and grows. The Holy Spirit EXPLAINS how a thing is not good for you and then when you get the UNDERSTANDING, you DECIDE to agree with God's view on that thing. From there, God gives you strength not to fall into that particular temptation again. You get a victory over that.

And on and on, u keep getting victories and your thoughts clear up and u fall in love with God because He takes care of you so good.
