In the pitch black, I had my hand on the door about to unlock and open, when I saw a flashlight shine into the window next to the door and I heard the chirp of a walkie talkie radio. I immediately duck down out of sight of the window, and my boyfriend who had also woken up scolded me to not open the door. He was peeking out the other window and saw two police officers. The weirdest thing was, he had just taken down his cannabis plant earlier that day and had it hanging in a closet to dry out. My paranoid mind immediately thought they somehow knew we had just taken it down, maybe heat tracking device or something?, and we hoping to bust us in the middle of the night. They kept knocking a few times and finally left. We figured if they had a warrant, or wanted to speak to us, they would come back during the day. They never did come back. |

While there, we were all told that we needed to have our houses stripped and repainted because the paint on our houses contained lead and that was dangerous. "Do it for the children". whatever. We didn't get a say in the matter but had to do it or be fined more than the paint job costs so we all did it. I remember jokingly commenting then (this was before my husband and I "woke up") that it wouldn't surprise me if the government had some new "toy" that could see through walls and the lead in the paint on older houses made that impossible and THAT is why we had to have it stripped and repainted. It's like having a spotlight you can't see but the camera can. At first, I didn't think it strange that they were hanging out having their lttle private meeting, but when they were messing with the mailbox or whatever that was I was intrigued. My first thought of what that light is that it is a heat sensor and was checking to see if any humans were in the house or maybe drugs, I think they have equipment to pick that up too, like growing pot plants. Probably looking for a reason to invade your privacy, which leads to the conspiracy of gangstalking. There is only one reason you would be gangstalked. Don't tell me or the forum, but, what is you blood type op? If you have donated recently or had blood work done and you are of a certain type, they will start to gangstalk you. Particularly the O- types. Have you had any strange experiences other than the black vehicles sometimes seeming to follow you? And man have you seen the new lights they have...bright as fuck. I bought two 500 lumen flashlights for night walks and they can light up every square inch of my backyard. Love them. |

We ARE nice people! lol We only lived there one year and then got the hell out. The entire building had really bad energy attached to it. SO many weird things happened there that I'm considering writing a thriller/chiller novel loosely based on it. I was the apartment manager at the building and it had 4 units. One by one, the apartments had vacated over the year and I couldn't get them rented out, even though I was showing it often. It got to the point where I got some Holy Water and blessed every corner in every room in every apartment in the entire building (the other 3 were vacated at that point) and the energy difference was very noticeable. I had those 3 apartments rented out within a WEEK! We experienced some spiritual backlash soon after that where my car got shot at while stopped at the corner stop sign and then a day later our door got kicked in while we were gone and nothing taken. I gave my resignation and found someone's unfinished basement to move into. One of the new tenants became the new apartment manager and we moved the fuck out! But I am proud that I cleared the energy from that place before I left. I wonder if it stayed that way. |

I’m posting a new thread to make sure people see this. If this is some kind of camera phenomenon then I apologize but I really don’t know what the hell it is. It scared the crap out of me as I watched it on my monitor. I apologize for the camera moving. I had my phone on my stomach and was trying to be completely still. I didn’t want to move my phone in case that beam of light picked up movement or whatever. I woke up to seeing this on my monitor. I didn’t hear them knock or ring the doorbell nor did my dogs. I just woke up and saw them outside so I got scared and started recording. They had no reason to be here unless someone called and made a false report which I have a feeling is the case. (The reason I have a camera outside is due to people stealing from me. Once I set it up I couldn’t live without it. It has so many benefits to it.) Anyway, please let me know if you’ve seen anything like this. What it could possibly be. My outside camera has night vision and I’ve taken that into perspective but it really doesn’t appear to be the source. However I could be wrong because I’ve never seen anything like it. You can watch the whole thing or forward to the last 2 or 3 minutes when the car pulls into view. Thank you so much for any help you can give me to ease my mind about this!! Activating your mail box? Destroy it and get a new one Dont place it in the same durt. if the local police department wanted to plant a bug, they sure did do a heck of a job blowing their cover. |

Some newer redlight and speed camera use infrared flashes so that the person being caught does not know they were czught till they get the ticket. The cops, fire, ems and other emergency vehicles in some town have an infrared strobe that comes on with their emergency lights that triggers a sensor in traffic lights to turn them green only in the direction they are heading. They also use Infrared night vision cameras when they are covertly looking for someone. I think what you picked up was an LED infrared floodlight. Because it is LED it doesnot need a reflector and the light itself is pretty small. It is highly likely that they have them mounted in some cars that have the infrared/night vision cameras. Looks like they were lighting up your home and yard looking for something. Is the area dark normally at night or are there lots of streetlights lighting up your yard? |

I live in a city and see cops do this all the time. Most likely someone was on foot and they were asked to hang out there for a while. The light is very obviously a glare on the camera. It grows as the car moves and the oncoming car also has the same expanding glare as it hits that angle. OP says "I don't know what that flashing was" when it was clearly the roof light on the car. |
