Imagine restricting what may be our only hope in a situation such as this? I want my sons armed and ready for whatever arises. This is my in case it's necessary 'scenario'. If you feel 'uncomfortable' with it, get out of the way or stand behind me. As for the reality, I will protect mine and yours if necessary. That's the Patriot way...in my belief! Living has taught me one thing; nothing is certain...except salvation through Jesus Christ! |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75472467 Personally, I want all restrictions on weapon ownership abolished, but it would require other major changes to our society first. Did you read article 9 of the Bill of Rights???? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 76102966 United States 02/24/2018 06:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Does the 35 year age for men to be eligible to become president imply that a particular degree of wisdom, knowledge and maturity is not TYPICALLY reached where responsibility of that heavy a nature should be assumed to have been achieved? I only bring this up as a point for discussion not implying anything else. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75781181 Us older men look back on our lives and if honest-to-God, wince at some of the ways we thought when in our 20's and 30's. I think 100-200 years ago, men were more settled, more adult than they are now. For one thing, they were brought up differently because the times were different. |

Quoting: A1Janitor Aaron Burr, The veteran of Quebec, Valley Forge and Monmouth was just 20 when his nation declared its independence from Great Britain. That was a lot time ago when people matured much younger. they had the same responsibilities as an adult at 13-15. It isn't that way anymore. Just because there is an age limit on buying guns, doesn't mean they can't own or use them I think that is what is being lost in the discussion. I don't want an 18 year old thug buying a hand gun or rifle and you all shouldn't either. We shouldn't need any documents at all. Without any documents we would be truly free! |

They are Hired Hands that frequents several large forums and spread their disinfo. Usually they work for companies like Monsanto or the DNC. Special interests or large corporations. If posters didn't beat them back, they could destroy the forum in a matter of weeks. No doubt in my mind. I like the taste of their flesh. Their screams are music to my ears. I'd like to see them doxxed as enemy combatants and sent to GITMO. I hope to get to that later this year. User ID: 83708941 United States 06/21/2022 10:49 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'd say the Constitution would support age requirements for certain things. For instance you have to be 35 or above to be president. So age restrictions do exist. Otherwise we'd have a bunch of married five-year-olds running around. Quoting: Chip "Certain things" does not include the Bill of Rights. Trump just took away inalienable rights. So would a child be protected under the first amendment so that s/he can be vulgar and mouthy with parents and teachers, even go to school in nearly naked attire, smoking, drinking, and otherwise pursuing their right to happiness?
