The Bill of Rights does NOT include age requirements!

This is what 'family' does....protect each other. Imagine restricting what may be our only hope in a situation such as this? I want my sons armed and ready for whatever arises.


This is my in case it's necessary 'scenario'. If you feel 'uncomfortable' with it, get out of the way or stand behind me. As for the reality, I will protect mine and yours if necessary. That's the Patriot way...in my belief!

It doesn't and that is correct but at the bottom of most amendments it says they can be legislated.

I think 100-200 years ago, men were more settled, more adult than they are now. For one thing, they were brought up differently because the times were different.

That was a lot time ago when people matured much younger. they had the same responsibilities as an adult at 13-15.

It isn't that way anymore.

I think that is what is being lost in the discussion. I don't want an 18 year old thug buying a hand gun or rifle and you all shouldn't either.

230 years ago women couldn't vote. That's what we need to have changed back.

In all actual reality about the Constitution and not to insult anyone here, but if you think about it when you put specific things in writing telling you what you have then you have narrowed your freedom down.

We shouldn't need any documents at all.

Without any documents we would be truly free!

The US Supreme Court does allow states some

“Police powers” written by state legislatures.

BUT states cannot take away basic rights.

I hope to get to that later this year.

You are upside down. The constitution states ALL rights are reserved to the people except those expressley granted to the state (fed gov). The bill of rights merely underscores some of the mist impirtant rights.
