It would be physically impossible at this point to leak information anonymously whilst holding any Dept of Energy clearance. All DOE clearance related work is accounted for and any leak would out any DOE employee or contractor cleared on that level. Every single recipient of DOE classified material is UNDER A MICROSCOPE and monitored 24/7. Anyone who disagrees with this has never held a clearance, applied for a clearance or worked in capacity that requires Single Scope Background Investigation. A lot of shit has changed since Snowden blew the coup.
