I know a few fellows that have a bigger age spread than you and I--and they are going strong. That you feel good at 49 is a good sign. You do not have to be decrepit at 60 or even 75. I feel like I’m still looking out of the same eues I did at 25, but as a former athete and then body builder my body is falling apart. I’ve had 22 surgeries to keep my bag of bones together and its not getting easier to stay out of pain. I wish you luck and I pray you have a great year ahead! Happy Birthday
