LOVE-ACTIVITY IS THE KEY!

I typed this in from my book

From the Great Gospel of John Book Six, Jesus Speaking:

If a soul entered this world with the fully awakened inner sense, it would at once sink into the fullest indolence and inactivity, which would mean as much as that it had no life. Yet life’s happiness consists mainly in activity, and so it is better for the soul to practice every kind of activity than to be always in all clarity of inner perception in all aspects of life.

Friend, precisely because the true bliss of life does not consist in the clearest vision and recognition but only in the ever-increasing love-activity, every soul must first make this its only life-element without which it cannot ever attain to the inner clarity of life; for the love-activity is an inner life-fire, which must be activated so that it can become a brightly burning flame.

Once this life-element in the soul has been fully awakened so that the soul itself turns into this life-element – which means as much as: The whole man is newly born in spirit, thus reborn --, the soul, despite its inner clarity which is a consequence of its love-activity increased to the highest possible level, remains always active in the highest degree possible. Its bliss and clarity increase in proportion to its love-activity and not to its clarity which it can anyway never attain without the love-activity. For it has been decreed by God from eternity that neither a spirit nor a human soul can ever attain to the light without a corresponding activity.

Behold, friend, this is how matters stand concerning the soul’s life and inner clarity of vision. Therefore, you need not fear that any blissful soul could ever become indolent and inactive owing to its godlike wisdom, because the wisdom of a soul, already here and more so in the beyond, is always a consequence of its activity. If this would or could ever cease, the soul would lose also its wisdom and inner clarity of life. – Have you now understood this?
