Things i have learned this past year;


1.Walk every step with a purpose and fire that cannot be extinguished.

2. Rest when you need to, it’s important.

3.Go within equally as much as you without. Balance is key.
Apgate love is the answer to everything. It’s not easy to stay on that frequency all the time but with training ..it can be done.

4. Once you hit that frequency...walk in it. Share it with others.
Our ancestors live on within the rivers and valleys within us. If we become quiet enough they will lead you.

5. You are eternally loved all you need to do is claim it and believe.

6. Darkness doesn’t always mean evil. The darkest nights can create contrast of life’s reflection and is useful in moving forward.

7. Heaven isn’t only a physical place it is a spirtual chamber. Once you taste it you cannot un taste.
