A White House official explains that there is a technical legal reason for the President to sign the spending package AFTER he signs the defense bill tonight at Andrews. But the expectation is he will sign it after that. Officials saying they do not expect a shutdown tonight.

Kind of lame reporting for the intercept, and not very even with the report either. The dates for Durham is off to Sessions put him in, a lot earlier. Maybe this was from the Senate hearing who knows. It could be the start of it all the investigations.
