NOBODY HAS ANY RIGHT TO TELL ANYONE ELSE WHAT THEY CAN OR CANNOT DO. To even think that imposing a prison sentence and a fine is ok.....shows that people actually like being controlled by others.

It is common sense as to people's decisions for their safety or another's safety. It is something easily taught but not by prison terms or fines that prop up the corrupt control system.

So many read this thread and thought this was important...

Have you any idea how dangerous cellphones really are? Go into all that little writing in your cellphone and the danger to your body then say, if the free choice to harm an innocent child, and I am talking child. These are children I am talking about that are losing communication skills, thinking they have to have a cellphone even in a classroom, these are not adults under 18 is what I said, and I would not back down from what I said, parents need to know all the dangers of this cellphone which have become part of their child's hand. They can do what they want, they should understand the dangers before they let their child became sterile or worse, brain cancer, etc. The least thing I mentioned was the problem of one communication with other their own age, you know real conversations which many people seem to have forgotten how to do. Children need to learn from others and be normal children, and cellphones disrupt this. This is not about anyone 20 and over for me, they can do what they want, except if it could hurt others, they also should be told the dangers in big print!

By the way, everything in life is not free to do just because you want it to be, it using your common sense is the best policy, if you are driving a car don't hold a cellphone to your ear. You can get a speakerphone and earbuds. If it is not important why in the heck do you want to be calling someone in a car or any vehicle really, wait until you have a place to park and call them? You could listen to music. What did you do before cell phones or were you born after they were commonplace? There is an experiment going on right now among College students, they volunteer to give up their cellphones for more than a week, some had problems at first them they began talking to others, doing real activities, they reported back afterwards they would not be using their cellphones as much as they found life was not as stressful without the cellphone. You are looking at rights, I look at health and well being, a cell phone is good in an emergency otherwise not so much.

Regarding the wapo story about Huber..

They're simply trying to get barr or the doj to publicly comment on the status of the investigation because there have been NO leaks. They are worried and have no clue what Huber is doing behind the scenes. We see the media ask barr every chance they get.. "when will Durham complete his investigation "?

They haven't heard anything about huber so they print this fake news story to prompt barr or the DOJ to have to comment on Huber's status.

My two cents anyway...
