Listening around this morning and heard one reporter say that judge nap said that POTUS should pardon stone right before sentencing. And then, tuned in to beck and he is saying it's unconstitutional for POTUS to pardon stone and that it would be unpopular and would have to be done on President's last day in office.

I'm inclined to go with judge nap but he hasn't been the brightest bulb in the box but beck was insisting he is correct, yet, in typical beck fashion, he failed to explain why he thinks it's unconstitutional.

I think, like most things that drive us crazy, POTUS is giving the judge a chance to do the right thing and follow the rule of law and accepted legal practice.

Years ago everyone lumped the three blondes together, coulter, crowley and ingram. Used to hate that because knew ingram was far and above those two. Crowley has all but disappeared. And coulter has been awfully quiet. there was always something about her that you could not put your finger on. Another ra ra conservative like romney that you always felt was doing things that benefited them not US.

Is the judge appointed, locked in to the job for life or for so many years? Is this a judge that can be relieved of the rotten duty she has managed?
I remember Presidents, on the first day of business, getting rid of everyone and starting over. Didn't Clinton? I seem to remember one person remaining and about 98 gone. Judges, attorneys, what were they ..?

It occurred to us that berman put a gag order on stone but she can't put one on POTUS and he's speaking right now for the American people on behalf of stone. Anyone with half a brain knows this is a corrupt trial with the jurors tweeting and political operatives. Maybe someone should investigate who stone's lawyers are? He and general flynn and manafort seem to have inititally gotten bad advice on lawyers.

So the judge pardoned Archer? Why can't Pres pardon Stone? Pres Trump is already unpopular with the libs so pardoning Stone will do little to make them hate him more. If it is unconstitutional to pardon Stone, how would it be any better to wait until the last day? Would it be unconstitutional then as well? Other than flipping off the libs on the way out the door, I would rather Pres pardon Stone before the prison system gets their claws into him.
I know a man now that was put into prison because he was made an example. He has exhausted his legal privileges because the people in charge of him tell him, "if we let you out we don't get paid." He has been kept from legal attendances in the court room with no notice and told by the system "we can do anything to you we want to." So, they intentionally blinded him in one eye (admitted) and have withheld medication (including Blood Pressure med) and an eye patch to stress the remaining eye so it is almost without sight. This person is being stripped naked and put in cells about 8 ft wide and 10 ft. long for weeks. His food is slipped into a little door in the solid cell door. He is punished (actually beaten) when he asks friends or acquaintances to write character references to a judge to help him obtain judgement. All of his efforts to appear in court are legal, he has been denied by the prison personal and they know they can get away with treating prisoners how they want to.
Recently he was moved far away from his home, an illegal move, and put into a place in TX. It is where harden criminals go. This person is not a criminal and has been told he has no rights. His wife is going crazy trying to get this mess stopped. It is difficult to hire an attorney when none are interested in taking on the dirty prison system ... for what ever reason, and there have been no good explanations so far.
I hope Pres stops this madness before it starts ... because political prisoners are treated terribly ... it is a revenge thing, perpetrated by people who just love to torture others. I don't remember when Roger is suppose to have lied to the FBI and what difference would it make anyway, IF they are going to set you up to take a fall? You can be mute and they will find a way to say you lied, if they are after you. Do you notice how many of the people around Pres are the targets because they can't get him on their bogus charges.

You know, with everything that has gone on in this case, nothing normal, the chief justice and the ag can intervene and hey won't. Wonder if this is a trap for them?
