Did Gillum overdose on Meth or Meth cut with Fentanyl?

Did anyone else find it odd that no where in the police report did it mention alcohol? It did however say that 3 clear baggies of suspected methamphetamine were found on the bed and the floor. Methamphetamine at therapeutic doses is an approved treatment for ADHD and was once even used by the military for long recon missions. It is used at higher doses for CHEM SEX by the gay community, but it is usually injected or smoked by addicts, yet there was no mention of such paraphernalia found in the room.

Both Gillum and Dyson were both found sick and vomiting, with Dyson showing signs of labored breathing. In the absence of alcohol, this sounds more like an opiate overdose than one involving pure meth. Gillum could not communicate with EMT personal.
