She has been known to have some honor this is a fact. She can and has been honorable in times past. So, he calls with a clear conscience say she honorable, so he can do this since she was named, the others were named, knowing the full story is another thing. She has even since he has been elected voted that he was innocent of the charges about Russia. They did hold a hearing and had plenty of witnesses, she did an honorable thing at that time. It is all according to what was what at some time.
