The Supreme Court ruled Monday a man was railroaded by Louisiana’s criminal justice system, having been sent to prison for life without the possibility of parole by a divided jury.

Evangelisto Ramos was found guilty of second-degree murder by a 10-2 vote. Traditionally, 48 states require a unanimous verdict to convict, so Ramos would have had a mistrial had his proceedings been held elsewhere. But in Louisiana and Oregon that has not been the case, so he was sentenced to life behind bars.

Overturning years of precedent, the high court ruled a jury verdict must be unanimous, siding with Ramos.

The 13 days of preparation is one of many key windows of the year that are known as a season of sacrifice. The best way to describe the importance of April 19, through to May 1, and the rest of the first week of May, is to explain how ancient rituals are still carried out on the masses. DDT was used back when I was young, they called it cotton poison because it was used to kill the boll weevil that killing the cotton crops, it was used to get rid of the mosquito before the got to bad. It killed the larva of the mosquitoes. Of course, they claim it was too toxic to use, full crap, they used an accident that happened where it was made in India, which had nothing to do with the DDT itself, just the accident that happened there. They didn't make fertilizer illegal because of the explosions that happened in fertilizer plants. This was really the excuse they used. The total people to do the thing to get rid of the toxic DDT worldwide and France put dirt on one sight and built a playground. It was so toxic they hurried to put Monsanto poison in its' place, this was what getting rid of DDT was all about. The same reasons they outlawed hemp from factories, so the new nylon fabric could be used instead. Yep, this is the way the world works.

Less DDT more bugs including bedbugs that DDT got rid of besides the malaria-causing mosquitos.

I know DDT was not causing any diseases as they claim or everyone I had know would have died from it. We used it all the time and spread it with our hands. The types of corruption at the top of gov. working with Corporations for the corporations are sicking.

Just as giving vaccines to infants, you don't have as many death or anything as disabilities from mumps, measles, and chickenpox, and even Polio as the vaccine shots are given. I not saying no one had problems, I am saying they were rare and usually there were other diseases they had at the same time as mostly with measles. The only person I know who had polio got it from a shot. Everyone who I grew up with had these diseases, mumps, chickenpox, rubella and big measles, polio is a disease that comes and goes it was almost totally gone before the shot was ever developed. Polio came from overseas and it lasted a little while then waned out, it did not hit as many as some people thought. Smallpox was not a shot, it was more a scratch on the arm, it made a small sore, I know because when mind didn't take they did it three times until it did leave a sore. People should pay more attention to the ones who are harmed by vaccines than the ones who have had the disease and never had problems as the vaccine so-called cure which it does.

By the way, the point of a mothers breast milk and the mom and dad who have passed along the genes and immunity of those viruses is no longer valid, because they are giving vaccines and not the natural immunity, each generation becomes more immune to the diseases they are giving vaccines for!

Until they were giving Polio vaccines in Africa they could live with polio they were getting immune to it the natural way. It has become worse really worse after the vaccines and so are the outbreaks of Ebola which came up the last time as soon as they were giving vaccines, for something. They all got better when they ran WHO and others link to them out of their country. It kind of stopped soon after, this should give people an idea or at least a thought of why?

You also do not give vaccines diseases caused by water problems and from milk that is what giving those diseases, as Gates claimed he had done in Africa, You clean up the problem causing the diseases as we all did when the outbreaks happened. Typhoid was one of those diseases mention and the other I can't seem to spell today that starts with C and comes from the water supply.
