Techno Fog @Techno_Fog · 19h Flynn update via WaPo: Judge Sullivan - ordered to explain his reasons for not granting the DOJ motion to dismiss - has hired a lawyer to apparently do his work for him. Techno Fog @Techno_Fog Certainly an odd development. Theres no reason Sullivan can't respond to appeals court order himself. WapPo: "A federal judge doesn’t typically hire private counsel to respond to an appeals court" Unsure if the appeals court will allow this. Full story: Federal judge hires high-powered D.C. attorney to defend his actions in Flynn case U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan has retained Beth Wilkinson to argue his reasons for investigating the appropriateness of dismissing the case against Trump’s former national security adviser. washingtonpost.com 5:07 PM · May 23, 2020 [link to twitter.com (secure)]

Affirmative action law school, bar exam, judgeship. Now can't argue his own position.

This is totally out there I mean he wants someone else to write his own position, that is not sensible no one can write his position because it came from his mind. It not sensible as far as I can see. Make excuse maybe, I don't think that will hold water.

Think someone posted a thread about this here. There are lots of rumors. He retained counsel, rmored to be a well respected high powered lady dc lawyer who has done other high profile cases. Me thinks he knows he's going to have to answer for more than this?

Modeling shows coronavirus pandemic in US could be over by November

Modeling... smh

Just fill Trump head PEZ dispensers with HCQ and have someone passing them out at every walmart. Free like the death shot at cvs. I mean flu.. probably wouldnt cost a billion dollars out of the trillions in stimulous. Fuck, take advantage of the post office like bezos and prime them to every household in 2 days. Set up a stand at all the local food pantries. It would be over by july in time for fireworks. Spend the rest of the summer force feeding the masses all we know to be true. Watch them tar n feather the evil ones. By november we'd almost be living in a completely fucktardless world...

Nah.. lets just wait. Continue thinking about the tens of thousands of children being abused as i type. Theyve been doing it for 5 thousand years. Whats another 5 months?? Millions more and a few major false flags as things reopen to keep the fear going strong. No biggie. We're desensitized enough..

Of course i trust the plan. And im pretty good at making time fly but enjoying this show aint easy.

Hcq pez dispensers!! Make the world Smile again!!!

Thanks for the extra links. You are quite the digital encyclopedia!

I’m praying for you that by the time I catch up in here, there will be good news about your Mom. The waiting surely sucks.

I spoke to her earlier today and she looked so much better.

She was laughing and joking. No slurring, though she still struggled to get a few words out towards the end and it's the first time she talked about going back home. It was an actual conversation like we normally have, instead of her just answering questions. She seemed to have more energy though she says she is still sleeping a lot.

I was hoping to speak to a doc tomorrow but learned it is a bank holiday so they are probably not going to be there till Tues.

Will know more when I speak to one.

The Race to Pass Obama's Last Law and Save Tech in DC
January 27, 2017

Shit anons, what to hell did Obama do

IT WAS 10:15 am on Inauguration Day, and John Paul Farmer was beginning to lose hope.
Farmer was trying to find someone, anyone, who could get the Tested Ability to Leverage Exceptional Talent Act—the Talent Act, for short—to President Barack Obama. The bill would make law a program to give technologists temporary tours of government duty.
-If he signed, it would take another act of Congress to dismantle. But with roads closed throughout Washington, security checkpoints causing even more gridlock, a shoestring staff left at the White House, and less than two hours to go in Obama's presidency, odds seemed slim that the physical piece of parchment on which the law was printed would get to the 44th president before there was a 45th.
Farmer, who co-founded the so-called Presidential Innovation Fellows program, the centerpiece of the bill, wasn't sure they were going to make it.
This is the story of how a band of technophiles from both sides of the political aisle joined forces in the last minutes of the Obama administration to ensure that President Obama's efforts to modernize the government would survive his term of office
-Peace Corps For Programmers: The Presidential Innovation Fellows launched in 2012 as a sort of Peace Corps for programmers.
The idea was to make it possible for technologists to take on temporary projects within government, from simple tasks like building user-friendly websites to quite complex ones, like saving the broken Healthcare.gov website
-Fellows worked on building tech tools to fast track patients through clinical trials. They helped build the Blue Button Initiative, an effort to make people's health records readily available to them. More than 100 fellows have cycled through the program since 2012. What's more, the success of the program inspired the launch of the United States Digital Service, a more permanent, but separate, tech agency within the White House, as well as 18F, a sort of consulting firm inside the General Services Administration that deploys technologists to various government agencies.
-But the Fellows only ever existed because of an executive order signed by President Obama. So, last summer, in hopes of codifying it into law, McCarthy introduced the Talent Act of 2016. " Farmer says. "President Obama is leaving office and a new Congress is coming in.”
-When the 115th Congress was sworn in in January, McCarthy reintroduced the bill—now the Talent Act of 2017. This time, three days before the Inauguration, it passed the Senate unanimously. The last step would be for President Obama to sign. "It’s the oldest school of old school processes," Lira says. "It has to be printed on a certain kind of parchment and everything."
-A Triumphant Finale: Which brings us to Friday morning. By around 8 AM, House Speaker Paul Ryan and Orrin Hatch, president pro tem of the Senate, had signed that piece of parchment. It was sitting in the House clerk's office, ready to be delivered to President Obama. But no one, it seemed, knew how to get it to him. That's when Farmer and Lira, as well as former US deputy CTO Nick Sinai, former head of the fellowship program Garren Givens, and his wife (and a former Senate staffer) Alexandra Reeve Givens, sprung into action. They called the clerk's office, the White House, and every Senate staffer they knew. At around 10:15, after reaching one of the President's senior advisers, they figured out how to get the House clerk into the Capitol holding room where President Obama would spend a few private moments before watching Trump take the oath of office. At this point, we go dark," Givens says. There’s no one else to call. There’s no one else to ask." Farmer said "I knew we’d done everything we could."
A hundred miles away in Charlottesville, Virginia, Lira was watching, too, and was just as tense. Would the clerk make it in time.Farmer felt the bill would be a fitting coda to President Obama’s tech legacy. "It was foundational to so much of the progress his administration made.
-After 11 AM, the House clerk entered the holding room where President Obama was waiting and presented him with the bill. Obama paused. This, then, would be his last official act as president. Obama looked at the parchment, and signed. The group gathered around the soon-to-be former president applauded, and at 11:07 AM on January 20, 2017, the Talent Act became law. Lira says. "The good guys won."
The Presidential Innovation Fellowship may be one of the few slivers of the Obama presidency that endures the next four years.
In another small consolation to Obama's tech legacy, the White House’s new chief digital officer also recently tweeted that the US Digital Service “is here to stay in the new administration. Period

In my humble opinion, if it’s about the virus, then it needs resolving well before the election. How much more “show and tell” (exposing the demonrats) can the country take before people start taking care of it themselves? There already are too many people are dying from suicide and depression and from being out of work. I doubt the tensions this psy -op virus is causing can go on much longer without a full-blown melt down in the streets across America - and it won’t be pretty.

Interesting question is - if that happens, would that make Trump President #44??

Infiltrators will make it fun (not).

Hopefully they are identified and blocked quickly. This is just a further complication. People are getting anxious and impatient and...really annoying. People are getting emotionally charged up and they are doing more harm than good. They are showing themselves to be unstable and making the movement look bad. The closer we get to November, the worse the crowds are going to get. The criticisms of the movements' members being 'radicals' and 'unbalanced' will be on display in vivid color.

There is ZERO fame to be had in any of this, and some folks are treating this psyop like they are doing super-secret-ninja-spy-stuff and making their contributions to seem like a lot more than they are. That is the funniest aspect of this to me, and it's one I'm going to explore in depth when I write up the whole debacle and how it affected the research subjects.

That's always the problem - the biggest asset and biggest weakness any operation involving people has...is people. Patriots are in control, but hopefully not too much. Hopefully not in control of anything too important.

I read that earlier. I wondered, because Allen was in line to chair the GOP in his state, was that "accident" really an .... accident!? The Dims and Liberals have gone so far off the rails I expect them to do anything they can to a Conservative ..... and feel as though they are doing something patriotic, in a screwed up kind of mind set. All things, especially accidents that happen to Conservatives, make me think they are disguised to be sooo innocent .... and they are sinister attempts to silence ......

Fucking A.

I expected it to be far worse, much earlier than this though. So, there's that.

Over this side of 'the pond' a LOT of people are saying 'he's just going after people he hates' but it is getting easier to inform, wake and red pill folk because they are paying attention and the cracks are widening. I am excited now, when a couple of weeks ago I was thinking the inertia of all the bad actors, over the decades, had blinded citizens to the point that most could never be turned. Now there is hope.

I have slid down more than a few ILS approaches in my day and often thought about the parallels to the Q movement and flying on instruments.. When shooting an ILS approach and you descend into the the top of the overcast, the deeper you go in the darker it gets.. the altimeter is winding down and you can't see the ground. You know it is there and the hard unforgiving earth lies in wait.. And then, at what seems like the darkest point, you break out and can see again, the runway is ahead and again all is right with the world.

Faith is all we have that Potus planned the flight and is flying the plan. But Lord is this an ugly approach to November we are flying.
