I am afraid I'm not that gracious to say it is his mental capacity, I tend to think this clown is all an act, for two reasons.

2) He is getting paid a lot of money a truckload of money by the democrats to leave their options open, I believe they will use his "health issue" as placing a last minute replacement or they will go all the way with him and if by chance he wins he then becomes an easy to change president for whoever the satanic death cult wants.

I cannot believe for a moment that there are no questions within the democrat party or the loopy left supporters to not ask or point out concern over his "health issues" not because of genuine concern of his wellbeing but because he could not in this "state of health" be fit to beat President Trump, the loopy left will never be legitimate over ANYONE'S wellbeing it is always about themselves!!

I believe Biden's "health issues" is more a pantomime performance and don't be fooled because really no one, that isn't deranged themselves, would nominate anyone with such obvious health concerns, it is all an act, a sham, an operative right out of the democrat's book of rigging elections.

Biden should be happy, the way democrats deal with people they don't want around, usually is not good to that person's health ... or they become a statistic.

I've thought this for months. He's faking it. Trying to keep out of Gitmo or the morgue. He's overacting and some are finally catching on.
