On Friday’s (8/21/2020) Sean Hannity Radio Show during interview with John Solomon, Sean Hannity says that he does not know what QAnon is and John Solomon calls QAnon a side show. Here’s my transcript of the relevant segment:


JS: We see so much fiction and so little fact in the media today and it really frustrates me. And it is why recently I called on President Trump and Kayleigh McEnany create some competition in that White House press room. It drives me nuts when I hear QAnon questions when we could be asking about policy, things that matter to the American people. Let’s create some competition. Put some new White House correspondents in there. Create a competition and let real reporters come in and ask the people’s business instead of this gotcha soft-aggrandizing showmanship that goes on.

SH: Everyone keeps asking about QAnon. I don’t even … I had people try to explain it. I don’t even know what it is. I don’t think anybody knows what it is.

JS: And it isn’t on our radar. It is not on most Americans radar. It’s a side show. It’s a side show. Cause if you can talk about that then you can’t talk about the success that President Trump has had in Israel with the historic agreement this week. If you can talk about QAnon you distracted them from the FBI conviction that occurred in the last week of a lawyer who plead guilty. … The media has become a part of a spin machine for the democrat party ... They’re weapons of mass distraction and we should get back to reporting news that matters in people’s lives. …

SH: I don’t think it is going to happen. If you get Pulitzer prizes for advancing lies and hoaxes. You know that, right?

JS: The only way to do it is create an alternate competitive structure. We have to start to do that. We have to challenge the narrative and challenge the practices of the mainstream media so we get back the truth, the facts and neutrality.

Federal Judge Orders Mueller To Turn Over Flynn Material


In a surprising move, U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ordered Mueller late Wednesday to turn over all of the government’s documents and “memoranda” related to Flynn’s questioning. This follows a Flynn filing that described an effective trap set by agents who encouraged him not to bring a lawyer and left inconsistencies unaddressed in what has been described by critics as a “perjury trap.” I have practiced in front of Judge Sullivan for years and he is a respected judge who has a keen eye for prosecutorial and investigative abuse. That does not mean that he will find such abuse here and could ultimately make a finding that nothing improper occurred. Yet, despite a recommendation of no jail time, Sullivan wants to review the entire record before deciding on the issue.
