Hello all. Wont be posting for a bit. Research has halted until moms is out of hospital. Blood clots in lungs. Not nice feeling being woke at 130a.m for a call stating she was rushed to hospital. Prayers to all in this fight. 36hrs no sleep between the searching and calls. Keep up the fight patriots, for i feel it coming and the our strength increasing. Cheers all.

Don't post much but read everything on this thread (pages behind usually), but this interchange got me digging into what the constitution has to say about states rights etc. Mind you, I am not a lawyer or associated with the legal profession in any way - I am strictly a lay person. Also I believed what was said re this issue, ie that the president has to be asked by the governor of a state in order to end 'protests' which are really riots if not actual insurrections.

That said, here is what I found on this site

Specifically this:
"Second, the federal statutes "touch a field in which the federal interest is so dominant that the federal system [must] be assumed to preclude enforcement of state laws on the same subject." Congress has devised an all-embracing program for resistance to the various forms of totalitarian aggression. Our external defenses have been strengthened, and a plan to protect against internal subversion has been made by it. It has appropriated vast sums, not only for our own protection, but also to strengthen freedom throughout the world. It has charged the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Central Intelligence Agency with responsibility for intelligence concerning Communist seditious activities against our Government, and has denominated such activities as part of a world conspiracy. It accordingly proscribed sedition against all government in the nation -- national, state and local. Congress declared that these steps were taken "to provide for the common defense, to preserve the sovereignty of the United States as an independent nation, and to guarantee to each State a republican form of government. . . . Congress having thus treated seditious conduct as a matter of vital national concern, it is in no sense a local enforcement problem. As was said in the court below: "Sedition against the United States is not a local offense. It is a crime against the Nation. As such, it should be prosecuted and punished in the Federal courts, where this defendant has, in fact, been prosecuted and convicted and is now under sentence. It is not only important, but vital, that such prosecutions should be exclusively within the control of the Federal Government. . . . "

Third, enforcement of state sedition acts presents a serious danger of conflict with the administration of the federal program. Since 1939, in order to avoid a hampering of uniform enforcement of its program by sporadic local prosecutions, the Federal Government has urged local authorities not to intervene in such matters, but to turn over to the federal authorities immediately and unevaluated all information concerning subversive activities...." (From a discussion of Pennsylvania vs Nelson 350 U.S. 497 (1956) which deals with Federal "occupation of the field", according to the Court in Pennsylvania v Nelson (1956), when there is "no room" left for state regulation. Courts are to look to the pervasiveness of the federal scheme of regulation, the federal interest at stake, and the danger of frustration of federal goals in making the determination as to whether a challenged state law can stand.)

It seems to me that this is pertinent to the issue at hand. What has confused the issue is the insistence of the left (media and politicos) to proclaim what is happening in 200 or so cities are protests when what we are seeing are riots or more accurately insurrections as proclaimed by BLM and Antifa themselves when they scream 'Death to America" and their self admitted communist (via leader's training) and nazi (via symbols) philosophies. All you have to do is look into cultural marxism which is taught in our schools and into the history of how the communists and nazis overwhelmed both Russia and Germany in the early and middle of the 1900

I know many of you did and we all see the parallels to what we see taking place in the USA right now. IMO the fact that most of the followers of the left clearly have no understanding of that history and therefore continue to support the media and politicos agenda much to their and our detriment!

This is why I think that if we approach red pilling from that historical perspective maybe we could be more successful. Once they understand that they might take the next step on their own. One caveat - we all know that the histories of that era are not entirely correct, but today we have better sources because of the collapse of the Soviet Empire and the subsequent opening of the East German records to historical scholars have paved the way to much needed corrections. However you must pursue this study on your own as our educational system is still woefully behind.

If you do you will understand that the Nazis never capitulated at the end of WWII only the generals and the next in line after Hitler's "suicide" - since Hitler survived and lived for many years in Argentina where he finally died at a ripe old age (as was known by the FBI and documented). So they were free to infiltrate governments and pursue their agenda clandestinely. Voila Antifa who are a close copy of Hitler's brown shirts.

Most people still don't know that Hitler made extensive plans for the post war period where he gave many corporations access to capital in order to implement his policies or that he laid the groundwork to create the EU. All this before the war ended! Do you know how many decades it took to take down IG Farben or that many of our pharmaceutical giants are in fact the continuation of IG FArben and Hitler's agenda.

There is so much more in those true histories that impact us today and many do nut know or understand that all this means.

Here lies the root cause why everything seems designed to undermine our health and well being whether it is biological or financial or political? I think this is the rabbit hole of all rabbit holes and until the truth about all this is told we will not be able to make choices that actually benefit us and our nation!

Thank God our president knows but the cabal knows he knows - hence all their hysteria. God bless this man, his family, all those who fight with him and all of us!

By the way, I was born in postwar Germany and have lived in the USA since the late 60s and I am a naturalized citizen. I had to deal with the legacy of Hitler both in Germany and here - I remember bombed out cities and shell shocked Germans.

At first I dealt with this by avoiding politics. Later in life I changed my mind because I realized that avoiding an issue does not make it go away. So I started to look for information and I now understand that this quest for truth is not a waste of time since it is so far in the past by now. This historical ignorance is precisely why things were able to fester in secret only to erupt today. I now understand that we must come to terms with this or lose our freedom, our well being, our country and even the world!
