I sure they can do other things, weather wars is not a nice thing. I really think the weather is a crazy thing for any country to mess with, see weather will do it back to them in the form of droughts and hail and lightening strikes, blizzard and ice storms and much more. I forgot to add heavy flooding, I sure you can understand that they Creator of us all is able to control all of it. You know what is said, the first way to gain wisdom is fear of the Lord God, you better fear the Lord if you have a brain at all, even Satan know if The Lord God says no it means no. I know there are people who think they are their own gods, funny about that, see they forgot to fear the Lord before the flood, they thought they were their own gods and goddesses then, too. They got an ice age for their ideas also, earthquakes etc. He did warn them. It is healthy to love the Lord God also fear his displeasure, patience goes just so far, he is slow to anger, that one burst of anger can cause so much in damage it takes thousands of years to rebuild.
