Remember Everyone Deployed (RED) and their families. Wives, Husbands, Spouses, Children and extended family all have to live with their loved one deployed. It produces hardships on many levels. Children worry about their parent that’s deployed. The spouse has to carry the full load and worry about how to make it all happen and not show too much worry to their children. Extended family try and help fill the gap, but there’s not substitute for the family member that’s deployed supporting operations world-wide. When you kiss them at the terminal and walk down the gangway most say a prayer and give control to a higher power. Please Lord protect my family. You give control of your life to your spouse when you deploy and the safety and security of your children, most control finances too. You sign power of attorney to them, giving the ability to make decisions on your behalf. I was lucky and married a good woman. So I say a special prayer and lift them up and ask their guardian angels to guard over them all. For the Lord’s grace and strength to guide, comfort and protect them, as they stand watch during the night making sure they’re ready to visit violence on our behalf, to those wishing to do our country harm. Comfort all those at home, especially the spouse and children, give them comfort and protect them all. Return all those deployed safely.

No not from Rockingham, I am from the foothills of Perth now live in the hills.

It was a bit of a joke, anyone from anywhere in Western Australia is classed as a neighbour!!

Still a bit spinney though, I did however spend a lot of lost weekends, when younger on "fishing" trips in Dawsville.

I am pleased to be at this Hillsdale College celebration of Constitution Day. Sadly, many colleges these days don’t even teach the Constitution, much less celebrate it. But at Hillsdale, you recognize that the principles of the Founding are as relevant today as ever—and vital to the success of our free society. I appreciate your observance of this important day and all you do for civic education in the United States.

When many people think about the virtues of our Constitution, they first mention the Bill of Rights. That makes sense. The great guarantees of the Bill of Rights—freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to keep and bear arms, just to name the first few—are critical safeguards of liberty. But as President Reagan used to remind people, the Soviet Union had a constitution too, and it even included some lofty-sounding rights. The democrats have prepared for it, it's THEIR preparation.

Think why do the democrats have old Joe as their candidate to be president, because he was the the best choice, the best performer, the best man for the job?

Of course he isn't, they picked him because he is exactly the way he is, they locked him away, then allowed him to bumble through interviews both live and taped, now wheel old Joe out to cringe worthy press stops and visits, why do you think they do that?

They bring him out like some old exhibit from a travelling flea bitten circus as he thinks he is the democrats answer to President Trump, thinks he is having a shot at being President but the whole thing is a cruel cheap stunt to present old Joe as exactly what everyone thinks, a person who is now diminished in his mental capacity.

Quite sad if you think about it.

The democrats are forming their plan, which is to lull everyone including the President into thinking Joe is the opponent, he is the one President Trump is to face and the democrats rub their hands together with every forgetful jabbering Joe slurs out, with every forgetting where he is and every incoherent sentence.

Until very close to the election ... surprise, surprise because of a "medical emergency" Sad Joe has to pull out of the race, now so close to the election the democrats will APPEAR to be in a dither, this will be the best ham acting America will ever see.

So then I believe the national committees of both major parties have to make a choice who will step in, guess who to make that transition as smooth as possible, yes that's right the running mate, Kamala.

Awhile ago I posted to look who this woman cosies up with and her VP pick will be one of these and so enters the race a extreme radical left ticket from the democrats, I wonder who would run with Kamala??

I thought like a lot of others about Hillary making a comeback, I wouldn't write her off completely but no one likes her so I am guessing it will be someone youngish, maybe even someone who was high profile and now off the radar, a ticket that appeals to the airheads who are rioting.

I won't say this is what will happen... but I am pretty confident it will, Joe represents the old democrats as does Hillary, except Hillary won't lie down, so with headboard Kamala as their choice, she let it slip a couple of days ago about a Harris administration, it will now be interesting who they have planned to be VP.

The democrats perfect couple, the golden couple to appeal to the airhead zombie 20 something democrat supporters will have to be a couple who are void of any true policy but can present as a go getting progressive team, my tip the vp will be a clueless male.
