Baris was recently recognized by the New York Post as one of the most accurate pollsters of 2016 and 2020. Baris also confirmed that just under 10,000 absentee ballots for dead voters were received in Michigan in a “small” test he conducted. Since the November 3rd election, Barnes has brutally criticized the mainstream press for failing to report on evidence of widespread election irregularities and possible fraud. On Sunday’s podcast, while remaining cagey about his current clientele, he was careful to note that he’s only capable of giving information that is “publicly-available” about fraud in the 2020 election. National File reached out to both Barnes and Frei for additional context about Here Is the Evidence and whether they are involved with the project, but did not receive an immediate response.

XVIII Airborne crowdsources innovation in new competition

In its own version of the ABC-TV show "Shark Tank, the XVIII Airborne Corps is using innovators among its ranks to solve the Army’s inefficiencies.

This Tuesday, five finalists from across “America’s Contingency Corps” will step into the “Dragon’s Lair” to present their ideas on how to book and use training ranges more efficiently. A panel meeting at XVIII Airborne Corps headquarters on Fort Bragg in North Carolina will choose the best idea and work to implement it across the force.

Presenters will give a three-minute pitch on their idea and then take questions for half an hour. Some of the ideas being presented include an app to schedule training areas and a new marksmanship course to improve lethality.

In addition to working on the development and implementation of their idea, the winner will receive a four-day pass, a Meritorious Service Medal, a school of their choice, and the opportunity to ring the bell at the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ next month.

Tuesday’s five finalists were chosen by vote as part of the XVIII Airborne Corps' new Dragon Innovation Program. In a Facebook comment, the corps expressed a desire to continue such events, saying: “The Dragon Innovation Program intends to be a recurring initiative. And while the ‘Innovation Challenge’ aspect of the program will change with each iteration, all manner of ideas will be accepted for forum discussion. A good idea is a still a good idea.”

The two things that keep me very optimistic that the plan is in place and moving forward are Sidney Powell and Lin Woods. These two have distinguished legal careers. While conservative, they aren't overly political and they haven't been on Trumps team. But both have agreed to put their sterling reputations on the line to defend Mr. Trump and are stating some very strong opionions. I do not believe either these stellar individuals would do this without mountains of evidence. Rudy is great, but Rudy is political. These two aren't. Hold fast patriots. Victory is within sight.

Clark County, Nevada officials said they weren’t investigating voter fraud because they didn’t have the time or resources.

President Trump nominated his pick to fill the appeals court vacancy left by Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett. A White House statement on Monday announced that the nomination of Thomas Kirsch II, the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Indiana, was sent to the Senate for consideration. "Thomas L. Kirsch II, of Indiana, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit, vice Amy Coney Barrett, elevated," the statement said. The White House announced that Kirsch, an Indiana University and Harvard Law graduate, was Trump's pick for the vacancy weeks ago, but the notice on Monday now puts Kirsch's future in the hands of the Senate. Republicans currently hold a slight majority in the upper chamber of Congress, but runoffs in Georgia leave the balance of power in the upper chamber uncertain next year. After graduating from Harvard Law, Kirsch worked as a law clerk for Judge John Tinder in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He was a partner in the Winston & Strawn law firm and worked in multiple roles at the Justice Department. He then went on to work as an assistant U.S. attorney in Indiana from 2001 to 2008, focusing on white-collar crime.

"Mr. Kirsch led numerous complex high-profile white collar investigations and has prosecuted offenses in numerous areas, including mail and wire fraud, honest services fraud, tax fraud, bank fraud, health care fraud, conspiracy, extortion, money laundering, racketeering, obstruction of justice, perjury, and gangs and narcotics," according to his biography on the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Northern District of Indiana website. "Mr. Kirsch has received numerous local and national awards, including the Department of Justice Director’s Award for Superior Performance and awards from The American Lawyer, The National Law Journal, Law360, and Benchmark Litigation. Mr. Kirsch is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers," the biography said. It wasn't immediately clear who would be picked to replace Kirsch in the U.S. attorney role if his nomination to the appeals court is confirmed.
