The indictment focuses only on the criminal activity Soros participated in prior to the election, such as wire fraud, identity theft, and damage to computers.

But even more interesting than Gaspo's tweet about Garcetti was his follow-up, where he reported that Yellen has leap-frogged Brainard and Roger Ferguson to become the front-runner to lead Biden's Treasury Department.

The logic makes sense: "Shes liked by banks, OK with progressives and easily confirmed. Plus we keep Lael at the Fed where she can replace Powell at some point".

Good Grief! Is there anyone that HAS NOT sold us out, in this country .... other than the Aanons? At this point in time, and I am usually a pacifist, I am realizing how being militant must feel. Not an entirely new experience ... but applied in the case of traitors to my country ... its really different than just being angry at someone. They, the Diane Feinstines and Brennons, the whole crew, and especially those trying to steal this country like its an old bone and they are the vicious dogs, are at the end of my patience.

That is the difference in Game Theory. There are pretty much two forms. One is closed (chess, checkers, soccer, football etc.). There are set rules and timelimits set. The other part of Game Theory is an Open Game. There are no rules, there are no set time limits. Q is 'playing' as all of us, in an Open Game scenario which means things change on the fly. Durham IMO meant Sidney Powell. It meant other things to other people of course. But since Open Games in Game theory are always dynamic. Q leaves it all up for others to decide.

Abstract
When dealing with conflicts, game theory and decision theory can be used to model the interactions of the decision-makers. To date, game theory and decision theory have received considerable modeling focus, while hypergame theory has not. A metagame, known as a hypergame, occurs when one player does not know or fully understand all the strategies of a game. Hypergame theory extends the advantages of game theory by allowing a player to outmaneuver an opponent and obtaining a more preferred outcome with a higher utility. The ability to outmaneuver an opponent occurs in the hypergame because the different views (perception or deception) of opponents are captured in the model, through the incorporation of information unknown to other players (misperception or intentional deception). The hypergame model more accurately provides solutions for complex theoretic modeling of conflicts than those modeled by game theory and excels where perception or information differences exist between players. This paper explores the current research in hypergame theory and presents a broad overview of the historical literature on hypergame theory.
