The guy on the left is just some random dude someone found a picture of on the internet, which they placed next to the president of France and now they claim that they have been switched.

The conservative side is filled with some wonderful people.

Unfortunately the right is also filled with people that love to make up stories. In other words they will lie and then lie some more. They do not understand that their bullshit stories hurt the right. They make us all look like tin foil mad hatters.

At some point one has to consider whether it is just because they want to be relevant (insert here all the ex CIA, MI6, special forces Youtubers, blah, blah guys) or is there a more sinister purpose of deliberate misinformation behind their made up feel good bullshit stories.
