There is one other possibility for these quarantine places. Say, this pandemic could have been stopped in its tracks of the people coming into the country had been check for medical as in disease with viruses beforehand. It is also something the US used to do and for some reason forgot about.

This is just another possibility because of the amount of beds they mentioned. I just want to put this out just in case someone can check into it to see if this is why, paranoia is rampant, and it because of how they are reacting to this one.

If this turns out to be the case, all the ones leading it needs to be thrown out of power, as soon a possible. I hope this is the case, or they could be monsters otherwise. Incompetent also. People tend to do much better, even if you tell the truth in small doses.
