Leaked video was the press secretary (iirc) rehearsing with some staffers.

I think there was a video leaked in London of a minister of Boris Johnson's government having a Christmas party last year, when they had banned all English having any sort of Christmas gathering.

I think the minister resigned today causing the English government to be in disarray, the No 10 in the tweet refers to Number 10 Downing street the residence of the Prime Minister when in government.

My guess a sacrifice of a minister to take attention off the cocaine found throughout Number 10 yesterday or throughout parliament building?
