Atari Labs, VPL Research (1983–1990)
In California, Lanier worked for Atari Inc., where he met Thomas Zimmerman, inventor of the data glove. After Atari was split into two companies in 1984, Lanier became unemployed. The free time enabled him to concentrate on his own projects, including VPL, a "post-symbolic" visual programming language. New Zealand company StretchSense has developed the first stretch sensor enabled motion capture glove called the MoCap Pro.[9] Stretch sensors are silicone-based flexible capacitors that measure stretch, bend, shear and pressure changes. The data can then be streamed into software platforms such as Unreal Engine, Unity and Maya to animate the hand of a virtual character.

VPL Research, 3ware, Cornfield Electronics, Maker Faire
Altman was an early developer of Virtual Reality technologies, working at VPL Research with Jaron Lanier.[3] In addition to Lanier, Altman worked along side with about 15 other individuals(HMM sez "faceless..").[4] Altman left VPL Research in protest when it accepted contracts with the United States Department of Defense.[5]

Altman co-founded Silicon Valley start-up 3ware in February 1997 with J. Peter Herz and Jim MacDonald (who is on the advisory board of Cornfield Electronics).[6]

Altman started Cornfield Electronics as a consulting company. After the launch of TV-B-Gone Altman gave the company the tagline "We make Useful Electronics for a Better World".[7]

Following extensive involvement in the "Maker" movement and Make magazine, including being featured in a Make magazine April Fool's Day prank,[8] Altman publicly parted ways with the Maker Faire in 2012 after the Maker Faire accepted contracts with the United States Department of Defense

An ArduTouch library is available for programming in more super nice synthesizer features, and for making your own synthesizers. The library comes with examples (with more to come) that serve as a nice tutorial on how to create your own ArduTouch synthesizers (which are Arduino sketches).

ArduTouch is really just an Arduino Uno clone with a small amplifier & speaker, with a PCB touch keyboard, a couple of extra buttons, and a couple of pots (for playing music and controlling the sounds). The ArduTouch Arduino Library is where the real magic comes from!

I absolutely concur with that! He deserves restitution (the only person who does, other than the Native Americans,) and there is no amount of money that would be a suitable amount ... but the govs of England and the US should give it a try!! A couple of million would be a meager start! It should be in the medium of Gold and should look like a huge shield that has "HERO" written across the front.
This is one time I am ashamed of Trumpy! If he has not already, (on the sly and we just do not yet know about it) arranged to protect Julian to the hilt, he needs to immediately. I think Julian was very much the reason the American people knew even a tiny amount of the truth they deserved to know! Julian's treatment has been abominable at the hands of so called civilized authorities (who are most likely guilty of everything in the drops Julian has released,) and I do not want to think I would lump Trump into that guilty mess (because I know in my heart Trump is not one of the deep state players!) I just do not approve of his lack of intervention! Does Trump not know how that makes him appear to the American people ... and the world?

I don't know about you, but I feel the pace of sheeple waking up, is rapidly increasing.
