Sheesh they act like nobody ever recovers from covid. The company I work for has changed their policy from 10 days off if you have covid, to 5 days off if you have covid - implying that they have credible information leading them to believe that most people recover within 5-7 days. In all of the reporting on covid I rarely, if ever, see anyone talk about the number of recovered or how quickly they are recovering. Are we to believe that companies cannot handle being down for 1-2 weeks without calling in the NG?
