I have been thinking about all the college students who have been told that they can vote where they go to school. If they can vote, they must be residents. Most states charge a higher out of state tuition rate for the full time they are in school.

So the question is....
Should the students who voted sue to get a tuition refund, or should the people who allowed them to vote be charged with election fraud for helping a nonresident vote?

Personally I like the second option.

So Mr. Devil .... you think this voting thing is for all who dwell within US borders legally? If the illegals are being issued social security numbers, when they walk into our country, would that not allow them somehow to register to vote? I have often wondered about that. I was under the (most probably correct assumption) that illegals could walk into any voting precinct and announce they are illegally here and want to vote.
