• Meticulously gathered facts show “hundreds of thousands illegal ballots infected” Maricopa County election
• 1000’s of Republican voters disenfranchised by (intentional) tabulator printer failures
• AZ Sup Ct case, Findley v. Sorenson: mistakes, omissions, and irregularities…may void it if it renders the outcome uncertain.
• Rampant violations of Fed & St laws pervasive
• Per se violations by gov. election officials by influencing/censoring Social Media posts
• Cyber expert sworn declaration - machine errors caused by “intentional misconduct”
• First hand whistleblowers report AZ officials violated chain of custody laws
• 1000’s ballots effectively ignored signature match requirement

Legal Principles
• AZ Constitution Art 2, § 21 “elections shall be free and equal”
• String of case law supporting above while fleshing out the grey areas

• A few notable quotes
o Public officials may not, in the middle of an election, change the laws based on their own perceptions of what they think it should be
o Other rights, even the most basic, are illusory if the right to vote is undermined
o States may not, by arbitrary action or other unreasonable impairment, burden a citizen’s right to vote.
o Since the right to exercise the franchise in a free and unimpaired manner is preservative of other basic civil and political rights, any alleged infringement of the right of citizens to vote must be carefully and meticulously scrutinized.

• Ballot casting methods
o Mail-in (sent out by Runbeck) – returned via USPS OR ballot drop box
o In person early – voter completes/prints/seals/signs/drops in box
o In person election day – completes/prints/drops

o Daily collection/sealing/transporting to MCTEC

o Bins transported to Runbeck daily
o. During transport driver picks up mail-in ballots from USPS
o @Runbeck employees document receipt of MCTEC processed ballots
o @Runbeck scans envelopes to create digital images of signatures
o @Runbeck electronically xmits digital images of signatures to MCTEC
o @MCTEC verifies signatures against county records
o @MCTEC notifies @Runbeck which ballots are approved for tabulation
o @Runbeck then collects the ballots and ships back to MCTEC
o @MCTEC ballots opened and electronically tabulated

B. Tens of Thousands of Illegal (mis-matched signature) counted

• Multiple references to AZ forensic audit of 2020 election and signature error data points
• 2022 general election approx. 3 of 32 Maricopa election workers have sworn affidavits attesting to potential abnormal signature curing practices which occurred outside independent review

By the time they did the exercise last time they had already seeded the virus in the population, notice they want us to fall in line with the UN WHO, well since they are telling us who they are we know who to look for, they will not survive if the children start dying more than they are now. If the children start to die, all of them plus their families get to go bye, bye. I know they created the last virus and seeded it to kill people, and now it is for the children then they are a monster, not worth us worrying if some of they are innocent, anyone involved at all should just run. Hell is waiting for them.

There are children already dying from a respiratory syndrome, it started about a month or so ago. Just as the puffing lung problem from those flavored puffing things, these killed a good many teens, they had glasslike lung tissue.
