Biden has no legal right to do anything about this, states have right, but the people have the most rights and since this was not listed in the Bill of Rights for the Federal branches it wasn't really given to the states, then anyone pushed this on children run flat into parents rights as the one who has these rights. These are their children are not the Federal Government nor the states' to say anything about a life changing surgery that can cause permanent health and mental problems, because many of they commit suicide. The reason they commit suicide is that even people with real gender dysphoria it doesn't work out the problem, they still have the dysphoria because it is a mental, not physical problem. This recent push is something that some group decided to push it, an operation of some sort to destroy the youth in this country and others in the west.
