That conceding the right to land of the US border to the UN is unconstitutional. What this means is no governor or person in the United States of America has to pay attention to it. This is what the constitution says if it against the constitution it null and void, the president nor congress own the land to give it away, nor do they own any land except what is given in the constitution.

Just claiming something doesn't make it true, no matter how long it been, also I think Clinton did this. I think it was some type of work region or something to do with Mexico, that was illegal also. It is null and void by the constitution, but Bill Clinton did not follow the constitution if someone didn't stop him.

Just to finish this, the UN isn't a legal entity by our constitution and they can't make a treaty with the UN nor has the UN legal rights in the United States of America, they rub up against or laws so they would have to change theirs to fit ours. We can make them non entities in the United States of America by banding them from coming here and having meetings. No UN rights for members to meet within our borders. Know your constitution and the government rules, and know the Constitution of the United States and the people Trump any rule or treaty against them.

We are a Constitutional Republic of the People under God, our Creator. We are Under God, not above him.

QUOTE
The U.S. Border Patrol's Constitutional Erosion in the "100-Mile Zone"

Deborah Anthony
Abstract
Supreme Court jurisprudence has established that some established constitutional provisions do not apply at the U.S. border, and protections against governmental privacy incursions are significantly reduced. As such, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the U.S. Border Patrol as an arm of CBP have more authority to search, seize, and detain individuals and property at border crossings than law enforcement agencies would have in other contexts. Justified by reference to the national interest in monitoring and controlling entrants to the country, the doctrine is known as the “border search exception.”
