Redistricting is a joke, they'll put part of a city in a district that is republican, to dilute the vote. It's always been highly partisan! gerrymandering?? And or manipulate the boundaries of (an electoral constituency) so as to favor one party or class? Hasn't this been found to be illegal? Oh and as for Erick (FAST AND FURIOUS / Black Panthers Voter Intimidation Case/ Whites have no Civil Right) Holder. He is scum and nothing he says has any merit, he is just a common criminal.
