The NPC-theory is fun, but stupid, supremacist and arrogant.
It goes against the including message of Q (WWG1WGA, etc).
I would say a majority of people are just not interested in matters outside their own sphere of direct influence. Nothing wrong with that. Perhaps even very good for your own mental health AND hopefully to the benefit of other people (focusing on helping people directly around you is actually very good for a society instead of trying to change world politics I think).
Alot of these people are good hearted. Some are not. Some are not very smart. Some are behaving badly because they have been abused as young.
Most of us are brainwashed to a varying degree. Some have woken up, some have gone back to sleep because something happened in life that forced you to.
There are no robots among us. And you can never tell which NPC will be the next one to wake up, which NPC that in a future will be a true hero fighting for truth and justice.
WWG1WGA and we should not leave anyone behind.

Big freaking difference. You are correct. Half the time I just look at or talk to normies and simply want to pat them on the head. Would I drag one off the street and tend to his or her wounds. Of course I would. As I would tend to a complete stranger whose political stance I would not know after lets say, a car accident. Which I have done (high incident of bad drivers right around the corner from me on the highway). Maybe WWG1WGA should be changed to 'where we go one we haul all'.
