I have a theory....

EO 13772 is titled "Core Principles for Regulating the United States Financial System" it was signed 2/3/17 and is pretty much as in its title a CPR function to American banking system. It rolled back Frank Dodd and the 6 primary principals are as follows:

(a) empower Americans to make independent financial decisions and informed choices in the marketplace, save for retirement, and build individual wealth;
(b) prevent taxpayer-funded bailouts;
(c) foster economic growth and vibrant financial markets through more rigorous regulatory impact analysis that addresses systemic risk and market failures, such as moral hazard and information asymmetry;
(d) enable American companies to be competitive with foreign firms in domestic and foreign markets;
(e) advance American interests in international financial regulatory negotiations and meetings;
(g) [sic] restore public accountability within Federal financial regulatory agencies and rationalize the Federal financial regulatory framework.

I believe what we are seeing right now in the markets is the purposeful and wanton destruction of the BIG BANKS. They are over leveraged and could only survive with massive infusions. I believe 13772 is designed to restructure the American financial system so prop up and support small community banks. Defund the giants and send the reconstruction costs directly back to main street. In order for this to occur a systemic shutdown of the current play maker banks must occur. ICE has implemented a 3 millisecond monitor on metals exchanges and you are starting to see the shift over to safe investments as per exters pyramid. As the public begins to shift we will see a a hard dive into PM and the comex and paper markets will default. When this occurs it will cause a massive increase in the value of PMs. This gets the reset aligned closer to where it needs to be. Once the big banks are dead in the water and metals markets are realigned. There will be no choice but to tag some form of gov asset to the remainder of the US reserve holdings of AU.


Like I said just a theory, but this EO has always stuck out to me in re to the way it was structured and how little attention it got.

Curious... is this poster often correct in his assumptions or reveals of this nature? Talks about WE and acts like some serious inside level info is being revealed... But I never see follow up.
