BREAKING: New York Attorney General Letitia James says that her office will sue the Trump administration over its new "public charge" rule - The Hill4:16 PM · Aug 12, 2019 Right on schedule. Their behavior is so predictable now, it’s almost getting boring. What is the new "public charge" rule and, if it's new wouldn't all behavior prior to the rule, like they do with all these laws, be grandfathered in? Otherwise you'd be thrown out of court because in the past you wouldn't have been considered as breaking the law. Is this a thought crime law?
