Anyone who enjoys the outdoors should visit Iceland. The waterfalls, fjords, and glaciers are absolutely gorgeous. Everyone speaks English, so getting around is easy. I spent a month hitching around Iceland years ago. Such an amazing country. I want to go back so badly. Cool. Hope you get there some day.
