someone here was saying that the media reported that AJ from Austin lost some lawsuit but, apparently, his attorney says that is not the case. The other set of lawyers tried to have it dismissed and it went to the appellate court and there they said it had to go back to the original court and wait for the decision.

Wonder if the media is being used to tell the judge what outcome the BH's want in the case?

Under Jeb a lot of children were missing who had been under their group. It came to light when a child was found dead after a pedophile or more picked him up at his foster home and they claimed they were sent to take him to another.

After this the report was the missing children were way up in the double digits in missing children. I never heard that these children wee found or not. These were not from Haiti.

I have been thinking recently that things are much, much, much worse than we could know.

It is way scary to be a parent these days.

I will be glad when this is finally exposed to the light.

They just put another article on top of the qanon twitter feed about george sorrows wanting to pick your AG. It occurred to me that POTUS can appoint many wonderful judges but if they are never sent a case because the sorrows appointed AG squelches it, then POTUS' judges won't matter.

Ellison on fox just did a report in front of a building, maybe some kind of child care facility and she said 15 children from 4 months had been bought there to be cared for and they don't know where their parents are. Broke my heart.

They are showing this cargo ship that capsized on fox and they are rescuing the four remaining crew members who they say are miraculously alive.

They casually mentioned before that some are former navy and it made my spidey sense tingle.

I read about this business about the honey pot and Trump last year sometime or maybe before. Interesting all of it, only til wondering about them taking the Russian of the most wanted list, he was supposed to be the top Russian mafia guy in the world, then suddenly he was off the list. I just thought it would be funny if he was a honey pot for the other side as in Russian's honey pot. Since they took him off the list, he maybe dead for all I know. Kind of messes up the mental picture, like a book one character is written out with no explanation.

Today, a single district judge in California reimposed a nationwide injunction halting the implementation of important rules that reform our broken asylum system — after the Ninth Circuit previously struck down this exact injunction. The Attorney General has recently explained the grave threat such injunctions pose to our Constitutional order. Immigration and border security policy cannot be run by any single district court judge who decides to issue a nationwide injunction. This ruling is a gift to human smugglers and traffickers and undermines the rule of law. We previously asked the Supreme Court to set aside the district court’s injunction in its entirety, our request remains pending with the Court, and we look forward to it acting on our request.
