I was off doing something else, trying to find the real name for Gaither, which can be any thing really as far as spelling, Gator, Gather, Gatter, Gater, and so on, I seen Gayther, and Geather, only this is what I found that was interesting.

I found a Black Gaither from my same line, of course their are more and some were legally married in the years before the North decided blacks and whites could not marry to late my uncle and others had already done so. You can not make a group like us do what you say.

That not the interesting thing, it had something about Obama in it, so if he was from this part, he had history back to the same time my and this Dr. Soldier was family came to America, which was really in 1619 only the rolls were not done until 1620. Obama's family came at the same as my ancestors, so, this is interesting and why was it hid. You can read the whole thing or go to the bottom. I find the man himself interesting, then again I could be just proud of him.

He does go on about the history of and other things about what the Gaither's did in history, not that important to everyone.
