Praying for you hankie and I think there is not a single member of the Legislative Branch that hasn't taken money from a foreign power. They might not be aware of it since these folks are so reliant on their staff of government lifers but it sure is a vehicle for blackmail if someone knew about a foreign power contribution and used it to get favors from any legislator.
