I want to continue this line of thought. So Subs Rig for Red when they surface at NIGHT not when surfacing during daylight. Is there a specific reason a sub commander would choose to surface at night vs day? We all know we are still in the darkness/night but dayLIGHT is coming. Why does a sub surface at night instead of waiting until day?

I believe all our subs are nuclear so the reason to Rig for Red is comms. Big comms coming? Nice! ...The IG report(s) will be big... They should provide the grounds for DOJ/FBI house cleaning. Dark to Light
