Descended is down, so ?? upsended? return? Surface for the win!  I want to continue this line of thought. So Subs Rig for Red when they surface at NIGHT not when surfacing during daylight. Is there a specific reason a sub commander would choose to surface at night vs day? We all know we are still in the darkness/night but dayLIGHT is coming. Why does a sub surface at night instead of waiting until day? When on a mission in unfriendly waters...you might use the cover of darkness to surface for security reasons. Reasons why subs need to surface...possibilities include: use periscope, fire, comms, recharge batteries, onboard emergency, release drones/special ops/other, decoy (drawal attention)? Many possibilities here... Thanks CV. I just want that in my head on the back-burner. It'll be there to match up to a happening when it happens.
