Where does the CIA get the money to pay these gerbilists? Congressional appropriated funds? I think not.

Their whole web of control takes a massive amount of money, far beyond what they are given by their budget. Where does the CIA get that money?

Obviously they have international slush funds, and have become self-supporting without the need for Congress. Follow the money.
