I have a question. If in fact Trump has the military backing, why is it that the Chemtrail planes are still ALLOWED to spray? Why doesn't the Military ground those planes? It makes no sense that NOTHING is being done about that issue.

Some has been done nationally to mod weather or for mil exe purposes or to patch the lack of magnetosphere strenght, etc. It would be interesting to note WHERE there has been little to no change. Some of these planes may very well be National Guard or commercial planes, which would be under State (Governor's) control? State's where the DS still holds State gov control & corrupt judges may be harder for Fed to regulate?
