The Fed should lower rates (there is almost no inflation) and loosen, making us competitive with other nations, and manufacturing will SOAR! Dollar is very strong relative to others.4:21 PM · Dec 2, 2019 Fed lowers rates when the economy is going into a recession and raises them when its going into inflation. Is the economy going into a recession? I thought it was strong.
