The “Russians” must have control of the Soros machines.... Russia has wanted Soros for some time now, say years. They really really want him, it, not the money they want. If they got a good bit of it then that would be fair considering it was for money he crashes economies Russia knows this and wants Soros real bad. So, do others, behind bars. Ukraine should jail him now just to be safe, he is dangerous to be on the lose without cuffs on him. No way to contact anyone either. You may even cure him of his problem, he having problems controlling his God complex thou it more like Satan or Lucifer in reality.
