Can we build a map of their relationships from this?
The coinscidences of these markers lining up, and news proving their connections, would prove this holds true.
I don't think Q will ever acknowledge this.
They wont do so because it's all top secret, highly classified information.
They can only share, and interact with this data through the obfuscation of the meta data.

The context of those drops were in the realm of wikileaks and the obama admin.
Wikileaks released their insurance keys in 2016.
And there was a state level effort to contain them.
We thought at the time it was the clowns,
but it was VERY sophisticated.
I believe it was milint/NSA.
They saved the cat from it's own curiosity.

Whoever he (Julian Assange) looks like,
it appears the obama admin had their fangs sunk into him willingly or unwillingly, knowingly or unknowingly.
I've always regarded JA as a chaotic neutral character.
